A. Office hours are 9am to 4pm
Gate hours are 9am to 4pm

A. You can access your vehicle between:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm

We do not provided 24 hour access, However generous access hours by appointment are available. A majority of our clients access their vehicles during office hours. For assistance outside of our hours standard hours please call our friendly team.

A. Our facility is surrounded with secure fence and gated entry. Additionally we are equipped with security cameras, live on site caretake and guard dog, with professional staff and onsite managing team.

A. We have a variety of options, Cash, Credit Card, Eftpos or online.

A. Your vehicle must be able to be driven, we will need you to fill out our storage agreement form, we will need your drivers license and registration of your storing vehicle.

A. Our concierge service assists our clients by parking your vehicle. 

Arrival Bookings:  Drive in – Unhitch – drive away. 

Departure bookings: Minimum 12-24 hours required for departure to get you on our running order sheet, we will guareantee your vehicle is ready for you to drive in hitch up and drive away.
